1. CUSTOM PRODUCT NATURE
Every patch, name slip, and custom item we produce is handcrafted to your specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once an order has been processed.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is physically damaged during transit or if we have made a manufacturing error that contradicts your order details, we will provide a replacement.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once our craftsmen begin the digitizing or embroidery process for your custom gear, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
