4. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

When you provide text or designs for custom patches/products, you represent that you own the rights to such content. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked material that you do not own.

NOTICE: All custom designs created by our team remain the intellectual property of our boutique unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, or laws.
